Bank Foreclosure

Bank foreclosure process can take anywhere from four to nine months, depending on the jurisdiction area you live in. Lending institutions (banks) have properties that include single family homes, condominiums, and town homes.

For the homeowner, the foreclosure process doesn't start until three months after being in default with your mortgage payments. The legal process can be delayed if the home owner has evidence of improper foreclosure proceedings by the lender.
