Renter credit report can be accessed online through Landlord 411, 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. A renter credit report can be run with Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. The stronger tenant credit report can save the landlord thousands of dollars and many eviction headaches.
Landlords do not have to rent to an individual that has a less than perfect renter credit report. A renter credit report provides the landlord with information on the prospective tenants payment history, revolving and installment account balances, tax liens, bankruptcies, and other derogatory information.
