Landlord tenant credit check can be performed in a number of ways, however the two most prevalent forms of registering is an individual or management company. Traditionally, an individual is the actual owner of the rental properties. If you are the owner of the properties and have set up a management company (i.e. LLC) to manage your properties, then you would sign up as a management company.

Today, however presents a lot more liability on the landlord/owner when having to deal with a deadbeat tenant. A tenant credit check is now part of a procedure by the landlord when taking an application from a prospective tenant.
