Rental housing information is provided online through Landlord 411's Vacancy Center. We represent over 20,000 rental housing providers throughout the United States. The Rental Housing Association is a non-profit advocacy group representing rental property providers.
Rental housing requires a code of ethics. The Rental Housing Association provides a wide range of specialized services and activities to advocate and promote a high degree of professional standards and sound business practices for the rental housing community. Landlord 411 complies with all the laws and regulations applicable to the rental housing authority. We believe in the importance of continuing education for the rental housing owner, manager, and resident.
