Publicize his premises for vacancy.

Decide on the best available tenant.
Decide the finer points of the contract, like how rent charges, whether to allow pets or not, etc.
Accept the security deposit money and the first month's rent in advance.
The landlord's rights after letting out his property will be:
To request more rent increments.
To enter the building in an urgent situation or for repair work
To start the eviction method if :
The tenant defaults payment of rent.
Damages the property yet does not pay for maintenance.
Creates troubles for other tenants or disturbs their peace in spite of being warned.
The landlord wants to reside in or demolish the rental unit.
